Atlantic Language Galway offer an excellent social programme to students, offering extra free classes and activities each week!
Each Monday afternoon, we have a free first day walking tour of Galway for our students. This is a unique and informative experience led by an Atlantic teacher, takes in the main sights of Galway city.
In the afternoons, we offer free extra classes, such as Drama & Song Class, Interview Preparation Class and Irish Culture Class, and many more! These are wonderful opportunities to immerse yourself creatively, to prepare for future opportunities and to gain a deeper insight into Irish culture.
Every Thursday evening, Atlantic Language runs a Pub Night (the pub location varies each week). Students get to experience the lively Irish Pub while making friends from all over the world!
Atlantic Language also runs special events around annual celebrations – e.g. St. Patrick’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Hallowe’en, Christmas, Festa Junina, and many more!
On the weekends, there are excursions running to fabulous nearby sights, such as the Aran Islands, the Cliffs of Moher, and Connemara. Students can book and pay for tickets at reception by Thursday lunchtime of each week.
